They were working on the rooms painting and upgrading the rooms. The people running the , Vernal Best Value Inn, was very nice and made you feel welcomed in there establishment. I would stay there again. We were treated well and were provided with what we needed to feel comfortable. Thank you, Vernal Best Value Inn.......

The rooms were clean and service was great, they were polite and accommodating. Right on the main drag and close to the downtown shops. No complaints here. And they are pet friendly.

Clean sheets, clean bathroom. Room looked a bit destroyed but otherwise not bad, it's what you expect. Fridge and tv don't work but they have just not been plugged in. The front desk couple were fantastic 10 out of 10. Guy with a red beard was super friendly. Definitely felt glad that he was there. If a fight broke out in the hotel i have no doubt this guy would put a stop to it. He was the type of guy you see a at a dive bar, as a bouncer or bartender. Scary first impression, but if you get to know him or if he sees someone hit a girl, you're glad he's there. I'm not saying he wouldn't call the cops, just that if he said "don't call the cops", you know you'd be safe and the situation would be taken care of. This place feels much safer than a holiday and it's way cheaper.

Absolutely fantastic service from Sam at the front desk!! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and super accommodating!! Although the rooms are well worn, we met and thanked the AMAZING housekeeper Stephanie because she truly made the room much more appealing with her attention to detail!! Our room was SPOTLESS so thank you again Stephanie!!

Yeah it's an older place but my room was clean relatively recently updated and cheap. The guy who runs the place is incredibly nice. If you're looking for a swimming pool to lounge around with fruity drinks that have umbrellas in them, this is not the place. If you're looking for clean basic inexpensive accommodations to grab some sleep and then go explore the area, this is definitely the place.

We had a great stay here. It is an older basic room. It was well stocked with toiletries, nice towels, clean sheets, and dog friendly. The manager was kind and helpful giving us local advice on where to eat. It is a great location.
